1. Introduction

Welcome to Hudukku, a freelance marketplace operated by Hudukku Technologies, based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Hudukku platform (the "Website" or "Platform"), which facilitates connections between freelancers ("Freelancers") and clients ("Clients") for the purpose of offering and engaging professional services.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use or access the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the Website, including but not limited to registered freelancers, clients, and any visitors. Please read them carefully before using any services offered by Hudukku.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

You may use the Hudukku Platform only if you meet the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
• You provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during the registration process.
• You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

Upon successful registration, users are classified as either:

Freelancers are required to pay a registration fee at the time of creating their account on the Platform. In order to maintain continued access, freelancers must also pay an annual renewal fee. The Renewal of the Freelancer account must be completed before the expiry of the term; otherwise, the account may be suspended or terminated until renewal fee is paid.

Hudukku reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion if false information is provided or if the account is misused in any manner.

3. Platform Overview and User Roles

Hudukku provides a digital platform designed to connect registered freelancers with clients in the domains of Technology, Legal, and Wellness. Hudukku itself does not offer freelance services, act as an employer, or directly participate in project execution.

The Platform does not monitor or interfere with any communication, work deliverables, or payment arrangements between users. All professional agreements and engagements are made solely between freelancers and clients.

4. Use of the Platform

You agree to use the Hudukku Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any fraudulent, harmful, or illegal purpose.
• Post or share any false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, or offensive content.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any individual or entity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, its data, or its underlying infrastructure.
• Copy, scrape, or harvest any data from the Platform for commercial or competitive purposes without our written consent.

Hudukku may, at its discretion, monitor, suspend, or terminate any account that is in violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Freelancer one-time registration fees
• Client token purchases
• Freelancer subscription upgrades (e.g., Hudukku Premium)

Refunds will not be issued under any circumstance, including:

• Change of mind after payment
• Unused tokens or subscriptions
• Dissatisfaction with outcomes, services, or user interactions
• Technical delays not caused by Hudukku's systems

Payments as per the discounts, coupons, or promotional offers at the time of such offers, are strictly non-refundable. Regardless of the discounted rate paid, the validity period of any registration, renewal, token purchase, or subscription remains as communicated at the time of purchase.

Users are strongly encouraged to review all product, token, or subscription details prior to making a purchase. If you encounter a technical issue during payment, you may contact our support team at info@hudukku.com.

8. User Responsibilities and Obligations

By using Hudukku, you agree to uphold the following responsibilities:

• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account. Notify us immediately in case of suspected unauthorized access.
• Accurate Information: All profile details, including professional history, skills, and contact information, must be truthful, up-to-date, and not misleading.
• Appropriate Conduct: You must use the Platform in a respectful and lawful manner. Harassment, abuse, discrimination, spam, or fraudulent behavior will result in account suspension or termination.
• Content Usage: Any content you post or upload must not violate intellectual property rights, contain offensive material, or promote illegal activities.

Hudukku reserves the right to take appropriate legal or administrative action in response to violations of these responsibilities, including removal of content, suspension of tokens, or permanent account deactivation.

Hudukku reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate user accounts without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Use of offensive, illegal, or harmful content or communication
• Misuse of tokens, impersonation, or spam
• Attempts to undermine platform functionality or security
• Engagement in any form of harassment or abuse toward other users or Hudukku personnel

Account suspension may be temporary or permanent depending on the nature and severity of the violation. Users whose accounts are terminated for misconduct forfeit access to any remaining tokens, subscriptions, or platform privileges without refund or compensation.

If you believe your account was suspended in error, you may contact us at info@hudukku.com to request a review. Hudukku is not obligated to reinstate any account once terminated.

11. Legal Disclaimer

Hudukku provides a platform for freelancers and clients to discover and connect. While we verify users to the extent feasible, we do not guarantee the outcome of any projects or engagements facilitated through the Platform. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Hudukku is not a party to any contract formed between freelancers and clients
• We do not oversee the quality, completion, legality, or timeliness of any freelance work
• Users are solely responsible for vetting, negotiating, and managing project-related matters

Hudukku is not liable for any damages, disputes, or claims arising from user interactions, project execution, payment disputes, or reliance on user-submitted information.

We make no warranties, express or implied, about the reliability or fitness of the Platform, its content, or any user interaction. Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.

Hudukku integrates certain third-party services to enable core functionality of the platform. By using Hudukku, you acknowledge and agree to the use of these services under their respective terms and privacy policies. These include, but are not limited to:

• Razorpay – for secure payment processing of registration fees, premium subscriptions, and token purchases. Hudukku does not collect or store any financial information; all transactions are processed directly through Razorpay's secure infrastructure.
• Hostinger – for web hosting and infrastructure management to ensure website performance, uptime, and data handling.

Hudukku is not responsible for the content, performance, or actions of third-party providers. While we strive to work with reputable service providers, we do not control their policies or practices. Users are encouraged to review the privacy and cookie policies of these third parties as applicable.

If you choose to interact with, or rely on, any third-party services or tools made available on or through the Hudukku platform, you do so at your own risk and in accordance with their respective terms.
